Hi! I’m a winemaker turned wine consultant and educator from Australia. I received my winemaking degree from the University of Adelaide, and have worked for wineries in Australia as well as in Europe, where I now live. I now write and teach about wine, as well as consulting with wineries and judging wine competitions.
My speciality is teaching Wine English to wine professionals; helping non-native speakers of English communicate about their wines in professional settings, such as wine tastings, vineyard and cellar tours, at trade fairs and through written communication. I am lead-author of the textbook: WineWords – English for Wine Professionals and Wine Lovers and I also provide face-to-face training in the form of workshops, courses and lessons.
